Meet Her

I build and lead cross-cutting teams in projects that influence public discourse and policy, clearing the runway for innovation and bringing prosperity to the entrepreneur. My work has impacted actions of the US White House, the US Congress, the UK FCDO, the OECD, the IMF, and Supreme Courts. I have been a special envoy (to the UK), authored hundreds of articles, some peer-reviewed, and written a book about my career: "Blood Profits: How American Consumers Unwittingly Fund Terrorists." As an entrepreneur, I am nimble with project management, CRM, and expense management software. I am adept at seven languages, with the following CEFR (Common European Framework) levels: English, Spanish, and French: C2; German: C1; Italian and Brazilian Portuguese: B2; Modern Standard Arabic: B1/

In 2010, I founded Asymmetrica, where I effectively addressed investor challenges, facilitated partnerships in security technology, and pursued human rights and democracy in Latin America. I have authored several influential anti-corruption and transnational threats publications, testified before the U.S. Congress, published two books, and written over 100 articles, including peer-reviewed works. 

In 2023, I founded Asymmetrica Europa, headquartered in Madrid, to facilitate the transfer and manage the regulation of innovative technology across jurisdictions: the EU, the UK, the US, Latin America, and the Middle East.

As a former special envoy with a Ph.D. in Philosophy from Columbia University and a fellowship at Yale University, I possess a profound understanding of Latin America's political, economic, and social dynamics and its relationships with the United States, the United Kingdom, and the Middle East. My mission is to deliver innovative and sustainable solutions to the challenges and opportunities facing Latin America, the EU, and its partners. 

Additionally, in my advisory capacity at TMC², I have been at the forefront of AI innovation. Our team secured a groundbreaking patent, establishing us as a global innovation hub and solidifying the UK's position as a leading destination for AI investment.
